Step into the peaceful and biodiverse landscape of Gorewadi Lake, a serene location just 8 km from Nagpur. This green pocket is home to a thick forest and water-rich wetlands. This nature walk, led by experienced educator Prachi Mahurkar, is designed to help you slow down, observe closely, and discover the natural rhythms of this unique ecosystem. Feel the forest canopy above, listen to the calls of resident and migratory birds, and experience how life unfolds at the interface of woodland and wetland.
From towering native trees to colourful waterbirds that visit the lake, every path offers a story about growth, coexistence, and the beauty of living systems.
